When a guest pays you directly — by bank transfer, cash, or through your own POS — the reservation remains on your list as “Request.” With one click on the “confirmed?” button, you confirm it, and your guest can write a review of your property.

How it works?

1. The customer pays you directly.

You’ve agreed on the dates and price between yourselves. However, the reservation remains a “Request.”

2. Click “Confirmed?”

In your Reservations, next to the request. The status changes to “Confirmed.” That’s it.

3. The review invitation arrives.

After checkout, the guest is invited to write a review, which appears publicly on your listing.
